We can help you learn life skills to help reduce the functional impact of your disability.

We can help you develop your numeracy skills to enable you to manage your money and finances. We help you learn about budgeting, managing a bank account, and help you learn the maths needed to use money for shopping, transport and daily living.

We can help you develop your literacy and communication skills so that you can increase your independence. We help you develop these skills so that you can use public transport, go shopping, participate in community and social activities, apply for jobs or learn to drive.

We can help you develop your communication skills, problem solving skills, decision making skills, self management skills and time management skills.

Developing these skills help you work towards your goals. These could be employment, education, or becoming more connected and integrated in your community to give you a greater sense of belonging and well-being.

Whatever your goals are, we will work with you to address your specific, holistic needs.

We provide tailored support to help you actively engage in social, economic and community activities that matter to you.

Our support is designed to build independence, increase confidence, and encourage meaningful participation in your local community. Whether it’s helping you with your daily living skills, joining activities, developing new interests, or connecting with others, we’re here to help you feel supported every step of the way.

Through this support, you can learn life skills, grow your social networks, build genuine friendships, and feel empowered to make your own choices and take an active role in community life.
